1st song- How to Save a Live- The Fray

Sceinic walked through the branches of the jungle, looking for someone. There he is. Orbit was standing there, waiting impatiently. "Orbit! We need to talk..." Orbit nodded in acknowledgment, and they sat down. Sceinic was the one to talk first. "Why are you doing this?"

Step one you say we need to talk
He walks you say sit down it's just a talk
He smiles politely back at you
You stare politely right on through
Some sort of window to your right
As he goes left and you stay right
Between the lines of fear and blame
You begin to wonder why you came

Orbit did not answer, a scowl spreading on his face. Sceinic ignored it. "We used to be such good friends! Why can't you see how much it hurts to have one of your best friends turn on you like that?" Orbit still did not answer. Sceinic felt tears sting her eyes, then turn and ran. 'I can't believe the choice he is making!!'

Sceinic sat down, letting the tears fall into her lap. She let out all the anger and confusion she had felt in the past few weeks flow down her cheeks. Then she felt a hand on her shoulder. "He's not your friend anymore." Sceinic rubbed her eyes. "I know, Axiom.. I just want him to know the choice he's making. I feel as if it's still possible to save him from the live he's leading." Axiom looked at her as if she were crazy. "Why on earth would you do that? He's done so much to you!!" Sceinic looked down. "I don't want anyone to go where he's going.."

Sceinic later cornered Orbit again. "It's not right, Orbit! Listen, I know. Just listen!!" Orbit growled, and looked ready to punch her. Scein's eyes widened, and she backed up a bit. "Just leave me alone!!" Orbit growled, and Sceinic turned and ran. 'Let him hear what he's doing wrong..'

"I told you it was useless." Axiom said as Sceinic whisked out of the bushes. Sceinic ignored him and walked faster. Axiom frowned. "Scein? Look, it's okay now-" "NO!" Scein's sides were heaving. "IT'S NOT!" Axiom flinched and walked over to her.

Sceinic felt the tears return to her eyes. "It's not okay. I couldn't save my friend." Axiom hugged her. "He's not your friend anymore." Sceinic looked at him, her eyes glittering with her compassion for the red hedgehog who was comforting her. "He's not... But Orbit is."

Axiom struggled to the grassy clearing, and collapsed in his stress right in the middle. His eyes grew misty as he thought of how his life was falling down around him. Sceinic, who was passing through, gasped as she saw Axiom and the state he was in, then rushed over.

Axiom looked at her. "My life is crumbling down around me.. And there's nothing I can do!" Sceinic hugged him. "I know how you feel.." She said. "No! you don't!" Sceinic flinched at the harshness in her voice. He didn't sound like that.. That wasn't Axiom.. "I'm gonna get that knife now.. I'm done here.." Sceinic gasped. "No!" "Yes!" Axiom retorted. "I'm going." Sceinic's mind raced. "You get that knife, I go get mine!" Axiom was silent for many moments, then sat back down. ".. Fine."

Sceinic hugged him tightly as he sighed. "Axiom.." He looked up at her, and she nearly cried when she saw the dull, defeated look in his eyes. "Please, promise me something. Promise me something important."

Axiom nodded after many moments, waiting to see what she said. "Please, don't cry like that again.. I can't stand to see you cry. It hurts me so much and I wish I could just take all the pain away and feel it for my self." Axiom rubbed his eyes and thought for a moment.
